Born in 1966 in Weiden. Studies of Materials Science at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen, graduate as Dipl.- Ing. with distinction. From 1993 to 1998 scientific assistant at the German association for Chemical Engineering, Apparatus Engineering, Biotechnology and Environmental Protection (DECHEMA) in Frankfurt/Main; 1997 PhD from the RheinischWestfälische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen; in 1998 award of the Borchers - Medal of the RWTH Aachen.
Since 1998 in Munich and Weiden engaged in all intellectual property matters (patents, utility models, design patents, trademarks). Representation of clients before the German, Swiss, and European Patent Office, Office for Harmonization in the Interna! Market (Trademarks, Design), the German Federal Patent Court, and the Federal Court of Justice (NullityActions).The field of work comprises obtaining, defending and administration of intellectual property rights as well as their utilization (Licensing) and enforcement, in court and out of court.
The legal know how and experience is linked to the interdisciplinary and wide-ranging technical education combining mechanical engineering, physics and chemistry and including special knowledge in materials science, high - temperature and coating technology, chemical and mechanical engineering, automotive and aeronautical engineering.
Author and co-author of extensive scientific publications and member of numerous national and international associations and organizations in the field of technology and engineering (German Association of Engineers VDI, VPP, GRUR, LES, AIPPI, AIPLA, FICPI).

Born 1984 in Berlin. Studies of physics at Humboldt-University in Berlin and Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, majoring in plasma physics, solid state physics and medical physics. Graduate as Diplom-Physicist in 2011. During studies, assistant at the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM, Berlin) and the Maier-Leibnitz-Laboratory (MLL, Garching near Munich).
Since 2012 working in the field of intellectual property law (patents, utility models, trademarks, designs), initially as part of his training as a German patent attorney.
Trained as a German patent attorney at a patent law firm in Duisburg, at the Patent Litigation Boards of the Düsseldorf and Munich Higher Regional Courts, at the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA, Munich), and at Trademark and Nullity Boards of the Federal Patent Court (BPatG, Munich).
Admitted as German patent attorney and European patent attorney.

Dr. Jutta Blumberg vel Spalve (Dipl.-Chem.)

Born in Solingen. Studied chemistry at the Albertus Magnus University of Cologne. Graduated with a degree in chemistry in 1982. From 1982 to 1985 she was a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research in Cologne, graduating as Dr. rer. NAT.
Since 1986 he has been working in the field of intellectual property law. Admitted as German Patent Attorney, European Trademark and Design Attorney and European Patent Attorney.
10 years of industrial experience in a chemical company.

Johannes Kakoures

Born in 1980 in Starnberg, studied law at the University of Augsburg and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich with focus on labor law. Legal preparation service at the higher regional court Munich II and election station with the public prosecutor’s office Munich II.
2011 admitted to the bar and since 2012 active in the field of intellectual property, especially in international trademark law, unfair competition and domain law at a Munich patent and law firm. Completion of the specialist law courses Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law. Patent Engineer
Born 1986 in Munich. Studies of Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich with core study areas Physical Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry. Bachelor degree (B.Sc.) in 2008 and Master degree (M.Sc.) in 2010. From 2010 until 2014 freelance work on the field of development of phosphor converters for light-emitting diodes for the research and development department of a German technology corporation. 2015 PhD from the University of Bayreuth.
Since March 2014 working as a Patent Engineer at LangPatent Anwaltskanzlei IP Law Firm and in particular engaged in utility model and patent matters.
